We only ship to the 48 continental United States at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
For all live stock orders over $250 is free all you pay is a $15 boxing charge!! Any live stock order under that is a flat rate of $24.99 to anywhere in the state of California and only $29.99 for the rest of the 47 states. Delivered by DHL or FedEx overnight for 10:30 am delivery.
All hard goods are shipped ground delivery service and according to weight as charged by DHL or FEDEX. We do not make a cent on hard good shipping…
Live rock ships and live sand (not bio active but real ocean sand) ships for about $0.75 a pound to the west coast and around $1.90 a pound to the east coast.
How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
We will ship out most livestock with in 3 business day’s .Available providing.
Special order live stock will ship within 3 business days after completing the 10 day waiting period.
All live rock, sand, and hard goods will all ship out within 3 business days of your order.
How will my order be shipped?
WE use DHL and FedEx. These two ensure us that our shipment will arrive in the same condition we gave to them in.
Live stock and hard good orders are separated and may arrive at different times unless otherwise requested. Due to livestock needing to be unpacked the next day it is shipped overnight delivery for 10:30 am the next day .All hard goods are shipped FedEx ground.
How will livestock order be shipped?
No skimping here we only use top quality boxes lined with thick Styrofoam That are labeled LIVE FISH PLEASE BE CAREFUL, triple bagging with the heavy duty liners, fish and corals when necessary .Then filling the extra space in the box with packing peanuts to stop any possible movement, as well as a cool pack or heat pack witch ever is required for delivery to your area. All of these steps help to minimize the stress on your new tank addition.

Is Saturday delivery available and how much?
Yes Saturday delivery is available, however FedEx there charges an extra $12.00 for Saturday home delivery.
How do I get my tracking number?
Once we have shipped your package your will receive an email with you shipment information .You can check www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com to check on its status depending on who it is shipped through.
How do I know who will be delivering my package?
Listed in the email you will receive after we shipped your package will tell you who will be delivering your order along with estimated delivery date and your tracking number.
All Ground shipments will be shipped FedEx.
When will my package arrive?
All orders are shipped as fallows unless a request is made for different method:
All fish, coral, and inverts are shipped out for 10:30 am delivery the next morning by either DHL express or FedEx priority overnight.
All live Rock and Live Sand is shipped out for afternoon delivery either DHL 2nd day or FedEx 2 day.
All hard goods are shipped FedEx ground usually arriving within 7 business days

Why are special orders shipped out after a 10 day holding period?
Addictive Aquatics LA puts our entire livestock trough a stricken acclimating process before we sell them to you. This helps to insure a hassle free experience when you shop with us .We make sure the fish is free of disease, parasites, and is eating well before we sell anything. This is process takes any where from
